Vegan Potato Sauerkraut Pancakes
- Rice flour (or gluten-free all purpose flour, all purpose flour or chickpea flour)
- Aquafaba (or a mix of baking soda and apple cider vinegar).
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
