Ingredients
- 16 oz sauerkraut
- drained 1 finely sliced or grated apple
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon unfiltered sunflower oil Black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours for best taste
