Ingredients
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Green Onion, sliced
- ⅓ cup Sauerkraut Brine
- ⅓ cup White Cheddar, shredded
- 1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
- ¼ tsp Red Chile Flake
- ¼ tsp Liquid Smoke
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- 6 oz Neutral Oil
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender except oil. Blend on medium low until all ingredients are pureed. Slowly stream in oil while blender is running until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
