Strawberry Sauerkraut Avocado Probiotic Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (add any berries – frozen creates a thicker smoothie)
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 Tbsp raw nut butter
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • ¼ cup Sauerkraut
  • 1 cup plant-based milk or regular milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
