- 1 large banana, peeled
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (add any berries – frozen creates a thicker smoothie)
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 Tbsp raw nut butter
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- ¼ cup Sauerkraut
- 1 cup plant-based milk or regular milk
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
